Export Process

Our Export Process

From your first inquiry to final delivery — an 8-step journey built on transparency, quality control, and reliable logistics at every stage.

01

Inquiry Received

You submit your product requirements through our contact form, email, or direct call. Our trade desk acknowledges your inquiry within 2 hours and assigns a dedicated account manager.

02

Requirement Analysis

Our team reviews your specifications — product type, grade, quantity, packaging format, destination port, and desired timeline. We clarify any gaps and align on exact parameters.

03

Quotation & Pricing

You receive a detailed commercial offer with product pricing, applicable incoterms, payment terms, delivery timeline, and a complete cost breakdown. We include all logistics and documentation charges.

04

Production / Sourcing

Once the order is confirmed, our operations team begins production at partner facilities or sources from approved suppliers. Raw materials are verified before processing begins.

05

Quality Inspection

Every batch undergoes rigorous testing — spectrometric analysis for aluminum, moisture and purity tests for food products, and physical inspection for agro commodities. Reports are shared for your approval.

06

Packaging

Products are packed per your specifications — jumbo bags, standard export cartons, moisture-proof liners, or custom retail-ready packaging. Each package is labeled, weighed, and recorded for the manifest.

07

Shipping

Containers are loaded at the port under supervision, container seals are applied, and the vessel departs. You receive real-time tracking access and ETA updates throughout transit.

08

Delivery

Cargo arrives at the destination port and clears customs. All original documents are couriered, duties guidance is provided, and the shipment is successfully delivered to your指定的 location.

Incoterms

Flexible Incoterms

Choose the right trade terms for every shipment — from Ex Works to Delivered Duty Paid. We explain every option and recommend the best fit for your order.

Incoterms define who pays for what and when risk transfers from seller to buyer. Choosing the right incoterm affects your pricing, cash flow, logistics responsibility, and risk exposure. We do not push a single incoterm — we present the options, explain the implications, and let you choose.

Our team has executed every major incoterm across thousands of shipments to the Middle East, Europe, North America, and Asia. Whatever terms you prefer, trust us to deliver flawlessly.

Responsibility Spectrum
Buyer Responsibility
Seller Responsibility

EXW — Ex Works

The seller makes goods available at their premises. The buyer is responsible for all transportation costs, insurance, export/import clearance, and risk from pickup to final destination.

Risk: Transfers at seller's premisesBest: Buyers with own logistics network

FOB — Free on Board

The seller delivers goods on board the vessel at the origin port. The buyer assumes risk and cost once goods are loaded. Buyer arranges ocean freight and insurance.

Risk: Transfers when on board vesselBest: Experienced importers with freight contracts

CIF — Cost, Insurance & Freight

The seller covers cost, insurance, and freight to the destination port. Risk transfers when goods are on board, but seller pays for transport and insurance.

Risk: Transfers when on board at originBest: First-time buyers, full-service preference

CFR — Cost & Freight

The seller covers cost and freight to the destination port. The buyer arranges their own insurance. Risk transfers when goods are on board the vessel at origin.

Risk: Transfers when on board at originBest: Buyers who self-insure at lower rates

DAP — Delivered at Place

The seller delivers goods to a named destination (warehouse, terminal). The seller bears all risks and costs including import clearance, but not duties and taxes.

Risk: Transfers at named destinationBest: Buyers wanting delivered door-to-door

DDP — Delivered Duty Paid

The seller delivers goods to the buyer's location with all costs covered — including transportation, insurance, export/import clearance, and duties/taxes. Maximum seller responsibility.

Risk: Transfers at buyer's locationBest: Buyers wanting zero logistics involvement

Payment Terms

Secure Payment Solutions

Flexible, secure payment structures designed to protect both buyer and seller while keeping your supply chain moving.

Payment terms are a critical component of any international trade agreement. The right structure balances the buyer\'s need for cash flow flexibility with the seller\'s need for payment security. We offer a full range of payment options and will recommend the structure that best fits your order value, trading history, and market risk profile.

Every trade relationship is different. A first-time buyer may prefer the security of an L/C, while a long-term partner may benefit from the efficiency of T/T or a custom flexible structure. Our trade finance team will guide you through the options and find terms that work for both sides.

Security vs. Flexibility Spectrum
Advance
L/C
D/P
T/T
Flexible
More SecurityMore Flexibility

T/T — Telegraphic Transfer

Direct bank-to-bank wire transfer. Typically structured as a partial advance payment (30–50%) with the balance paid against shipping documents or upon vessel departure.

Buyer wires advance → We produce/ship → Balance paid against documents → Original docs releasedSuitable: Established relationships, repeat buyers, medium-value orders

L/C — Letter of Credit

A bank-guaranteed payment method where the buyer's bank commits to pay the seller upon presentation of compliant shipping documents. The most secure method for both parties.

Buyer opens LC with bank → Bank issues LC to us → We ship & present docs → Bank releases paymentSuitable: New trade relationships, high-value orders, markets with currency controls

Advance Payment

Full payment is made before production begins. The simplest and most secure method for the seller, offering buyers priority processing and often volume-based pricing benefits.

Buyer pays 100% in advance → We produce & ship → Documents released immediatelySuitable: Small trial orders, custom/specialized products, fast-track orders

D/P — Documents Against Payment

Shipping documents are released to the buyer only after payment is made at the bank. A balance between LC and open account — less costly than LC, more secure than open credit.

We ship & send docs to buyer's bank → Buyer pays at bank → Bank releases docs → Goods clearedSuitable: Moderate-value orders, semi-established relationships, LC cost-sensitive markets

Flexible Payment Solutions

Custom payment structures built around your needs — split payments (partial TT + LC), milestone-based releases, deferred payment terms for trusted partners, and multi-currency options.

Custom structure agreed → Payments aligned with milestones → Terms evolve with relationshipSuitable: High-volume contracts, long-term partnerships, complex multi-product orders
